Neil was called to identify and fix a leak on the roof of my Rental Property. He showed up at the scheduled time, with the necessary tools to troubleshoot the leak. Neil and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient and methodically found the leak. He provided an estimate that was a fraction of the cost of the previous estimate. We scheduled a time to make the repair, in which he returned with the repair materials and quickly made the repair. I will call Neil for any and all repairs to my personal home as well as my Rental units in the future.
