QUALIFICATIONS: I have transcribed and edited medical records (dictation by health care professionals such as physicians) for over 25 years. In this role, I create a perfect transcript of highly technical dictation.
Examples of how I help people:
1. Some of my customers want to dictate rather than type, and do not want to have to correct the transcript. Some tried speech recognition software and had to correct what the machine typed. Others hired a transcriptionist or editor and had to correct a lot of mistakes that person made.
2. Some clients have already typed or handwritten an article, book, speech, letter, essay, et cetera, and would like it gone over for errors in spelling, syntax, grammar, punctuation, and even fact checking. I partner with them to produce documents that are correct and which convey their message or story in their own words.
