I finally decided to turn over house cleaning chores to someone else and reached out to Karen Freire. She met with me the day I called and we walked through my home reviewing particulars. She was able to schedule me for a deep house cleaning a few days later. Karen is a bright star, her work was excellent and she truly loves cleaning. My home is now sparkling and squeaky clean and I’m not worn out. What a joy to have found her. She’ll be returning regularly for standard cleaning which eliminates what I find as dreary work. So glad I have gifted myself with her services. I highly recommend Karen, she is professional and trustworthy, and a joy to be around.

Karen did a wonderful job on my house. I just moved in and it’s a bit chaotic with boxes in every corner. Karen moved boxes to vacuum under them! She also dealt with my very obnoxious barking dachshund, without getting annoyed. I highly recommend Freire Cleaning!

Karen is the best cleaning company that I have ever worked with...and I have employed many. It was hard to limit my choices to only 3 of the 5; she definitely meets my high expectations for all 5 of the above. Karen communicates well; she listens to me and always provides excellent service. She is on-time, goes above and beyond and always looks for extra deep cleaning tasks to perform when time allows. She provides me with photos of the extras that she performs. It is refreshing to know that she will always be punctual, is responsive to our needs and any schedule changes are communicated well in advance giving me the opportunity to provide input on the changes. You cannot go wrong hiring Karen to provide cleaning services for your home or business.

Karen is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever encountered. She’s a well-oiled machine — responsive, thorough, punctual, flexible, and on top of that, a nice person. Her prices are fair, and she does a great job, even with a house with a husky! (So. Much. Fur.). We’re always pleased, and if there’s ever something she can’t do due to time or another reason (like our glass light fixtures were loose; she didn’t want to risk them breaking when she dusted), she will communicate it clearly and find a solution. I’d recommend her to anyone. 20/10
