Pricing varies from project to project, but we are always competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical steps include assessment of the work, informing the client of the scope of work needed to put their property back to pre loss condition and then working with them on their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All ALM workers hold Certifications from the IICRC, OSHA, EPA in Water, Odor, Mold, Asbestos disciplines and many other fields.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the home remodeling industry 40 years ago in my fathers General Contracting Company. In the 40 years I've learned a lot and have been faced with almost every challenge, now I'm passing on this knowledge to my children.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for all clients from Schools, Government, Churches, but our biggest client is the Home Owner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
BEWARE - Many companies that offer remediation services or water damage services don't carry the proper licenses, certifications, bonding and Insurance.

Does the company they going to hire have experience in their type of proplem, can they provide references for this type if work? Are they licensed with the ROC? do they have complaints?
