- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing competitive and fair. It really comes down to the size of the pool and the condition of the pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to get a feel for the customers concerns and questions. Meet with the customer or inspect the pool or repair needed and then get in touch with the customer to discuss further action and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a family pool business that has been in business for 30 years. They graciously taught me all they know!
