- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is consistent with professional services offered. Value pricing will be established for monthly services. An initial review and hourly fee will be charged for the initial onboarding or for one-tim services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an effective three part process - In it you’ll achieve a valuable system and access to the accounting help you need! The first stage is the Welcome stage and in it we will introduce you to the team. When you’re done you’ll have better understanding of our engagement together. The Integration stage is where our team will complete your Discovery Review To-do list. The final stage is the Handoff stage and at this point you’ll be assigned an Accounting Guide. When you’re done you’ll have a complete picture of your financial health and clear processes for your accounting system!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GeneralCents Accounting is a team of degreed and certified Accounting Guides - meaning we all have a college level undergraduate degrees and we are certified pros in all of the tools/software we utilize.
