- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to what’s going on and ask a few quick questions to understand the issue. Then we schedule a convenient same-day or next-day visit. When we arrive, we perform a full diagnostic, explain the problem in simple terms, and provide clear repair options and pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair and test the appliance to make sure everything is working properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained through hands-on field experience and ongoing technical education on major appliance brands and systems. We stay up to date on modern appliances, control boards, refrigeration systems, and safety standards to ensure every repair is done correctly, safely, and according to manufacturer guidelines.
