- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
~Event Bartending~ Our pricing depends on your guest count, event length, number of bartenders needed, travel, and service level. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise fees. We can provide bartending service only or help with drink menu planning, shopping recommendations, signature cocktails, and more. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, private party, or celebration, we'll build a package that fits your event. ~Cocktail and Mocktail Classes~ Our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive. Every BarBees cocktail or mocktail class includes a professional instructor, premium mixers, fresh ingredients, bar tools, glassware recommendations, setup, instruction, and cleanup. Guests simply provide the alcohol (for cocktail classes), ice, and a small workspace, we'll send a detailed shopping list beforehand. We offer custom quotes based on group size, location, and class type. Whether you're planning a bachelorette party, birthday, corporate event, or "just because" gathering, we'll help create an experience that fits your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
~Event Bartending~ After you contact us, we'll learn about your event, guest count, venue, and beverage vision. From there we: Recommend the appropriate bartending package. Help create a customized drink menu if desired. Provide a shopping list and planning guidance. Confirm all event details before your date. Arrive early for setup. Deliver friendly, professional bartending service throughout your event. Handle cleanup of our bar area before we leave. We strive to make the beverage portion of your event completely stress-free. ~Cocktail and Mocktail Classes~ We make booking simple. Tell us about your event, location, date, and group size. We'll recommend the best class package and answer any questions. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation along with everything you need to prepare, including your shopping list and event details. On the day of your event, your instructor arrives early to set up. We guide your group through an engaging, hands-on cocktail or wellness mocktail experience filled with tips, stories, and plenty of fun. We handle cleanup so you can keep celebrating. Our goal is to make planning easy while creating an experience your guests will remember long after the last drink.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our licensed bartenders are experienced event professionals trained in customer service, efficient bar operations, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality. Beyond mixing great drinks, we focus on creating a welcoming guest experience while keeping service running smoothly from the first drink to the last. Our licensed bartenders are also instructors who are carefully selected and trained through the BarBees Experience. Every instructor completes our training program before leading classes and is coached on beverage preparation, guest engagement, hospitality, safety, and creating memorable group experiences. As a company, we've hosted experiences for thousands of guests across multiple cities, continually refining our classes to provide an elevated, professional experience that feels welcoming, interactive, and fun.
