- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple customizable packages that vary between per person pricing to flat pricing, depending on what package you chose. Prices will vary depending on what add-ons are purchased, bars rented, alcohol pick up, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what type of event with how many people. I make sure I am available and then go from there. This is where I get to know my client and work with them to customize their event. When we know we are a fit, we lock their date down with a deposit and throughout the process before their event, we have a 1-on-1 consultation where we create a shopping list to know what and how much alcohol to buy. Day of event, we set up, have fun, and make sure the client's event is one they'll never forget.
