Introduction: Method Athlete is a private, full-service fitness studio offering personal training, group training, sport performance training (specializing in golf) and boot camp classes. In addition to fitness training, we provide such specialty services as nutrition coaching, massage therapy, physical therapy and naturopathic health services. We do not charge a membership fee, and you choose which services you would like to include in your custom health and fitness program. An online nutrition app and fitness app are both provided complimentary to all new clients.
Individual personal training ranges from $75-$150 per hour, depending on the type of training. Group training ranges from $50-$75 per hour with 3-5 people per group. We offer one-hour and 30-minute training sessions to accommodate our clients' needs with prices adjusting to $30-$50 per half hour. Boot camp classes are for women only and range from $15-$30 per class.
Method Athlete is different from traditional health clubs and spas because we combine proven methodology with unmatched experience to provide a personalized, performance-based approach that is customized for each individual's health, fitness and athletic performance goals. The trainers at Method Athlete are leaders in their field, each with an average of 15 years of fitness training experience. We have worked with some of the top fitness instructors in the industry to develop successful programs for individuals of all ages, sizes and skill levels.
