FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear, upfront pricing: I price jobs based on the size of the home and the scope, then confirm details so there are no surprises. Supplies included: Standard cleaning supplies are included in the price unless you request specialty products. Move-outs cost more than standard cleans: A move-out is a deeper reset, so pricing is higher than weekly or biweekly maintenance. Add-ons are simple: Items like fridge, oven, baseboards, and interior cabinets are priced as straightforward add-ons when requested. No hidden fees: I do not tack on random charges after the fact. If something is outside normal condition (heavy neglect, excessive pet hair, biohazard), I will flag it before proceeding and confirm the updated price. Discounts for consistency: Weekly and long-term recurring clients get priority scheduling and better pricing than one-time cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every home with the same discipline and process-driven approach we bring to our commercial projects. Our goal is to eliminate guesswork and establish a perfect baseline for your property. 1. Assessment & Scope Definition We start by gathering specific details about your home—square footage, room count, and specific priority areas,. For larger projects or unique layouts, we may conduct a brief walkthrough to ensure we understand exactly what matters most to you. 2. Transparent, Flat-Rate Proposal We don't believe in surprise fees. We provide a clear, written proposal that outlines the specific scope of work. Typically, we structure our services in two phases: • Phase 1 (The Reset): A comprehensive initial service to bring the home to a pristine baseline. • Phase 2 (Maintenance): A recurring schedule (monthly or bi-weekly) to maintain that standard at a preferred rate. 3. Execution & Quality Control Our team arrives fully equipped with a detailed checklist specific to your home. We work systematically—from the top down—to ensure no detail is missed. Before we consider the job done, we perform an internal quality walkthrough to verify that our high standards have been met. 4. Final Walkthrough & Feedback We value accountability. Upon completion, we invite you to review the work to ensure it meets your expectations. This can be done by us sending you a video, or a walkthrough with you. We then follow up to confirm satisfaction and lock in your recurring schedule if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, with a strong specialization in post-construction and high-detail work. I built and operated the largest construction cleaning business in Tucson, Arizona, grew it into a multi-million dollar operation, and recently sold it before relocating to start FinalPhase. That background means you are working with someone who understands systems, quality control, timelines, and the level of finish needed for final walkthrough and move-in readiness.
