Understand that therapy takes time, effort and costs money. Make your relationship with yourself and your partner a priority. It is MUCH cheaper than divorce. Look for an expert. Look for a connection when you meet the person. Sometimes it takes a while for this to develop but you need to feel comfortable with your therapist. Don't expect instant results.
