- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge an hourly rate of $60/ hour, but if I end up going a little over into the next hour, don't fret. In most cases, I take extra time to be diligent and careful when working for a client, and that's on me, to be sure that I give you the best possible service and repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the tech industry requires that you are constantly going in and learning about how to keep up with new products!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Repair and maintenance of electronics is a passion of mine, and brings me joy. You can't ask for a better job than doing what you love.
