Yannick is so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with!
He's a very experienced photographer whose prices are surprisingly economical with no hidden fees. He includes the price of retouching some images and also allows you to download and keep all of the photos from the photoshoot (with the rights to print as you so choose). Other photographers that I had contacted literally said that I would not find a photographer who would do that for the price we were asking.
The photography session was for my son's graduation photos on the ASU campus, and Yannick knew all of the best spots before we even mentioned them. He made it easy for us to know where to meet him on campus by emailing a map of the spot. He was prompt, texted us when he arrived and didn't mind "repacking" and carrying his equipment from one location to the next on campus. He even asked if we would like to see the images that he had taken before we moved to the next location.
He took so many more photos and angles than we had expected for the economical price that he charged. He even took pictures of my husband and me with our son, so that we could use it for our Christmas card. I'm a person who always seems to find flaws in our photos, especially of myself, so I was surprised by how many fantastic photos we had from which to choose.
The whole experience, from the first contact to receiving (and printing) our photos, was such a stressfree and enjoyable experience thanks to Yannick. We are definitely going to hire him again.
Trust me, I spent a considerable amount of time researching, talking to and comparing photographers. So, I hope that this can save you time and effort knowing that Yannick is by far the best choice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very specific to the type of session or event. The price on Thumbtack is a mere estimate of the total amount and can change depending on the location and the total hours shooting.
Each booking requires a deposit to reserve the date.
All estimates are final and there are no hidden fees whatsoever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every experience with a client is unique to me, I'd like to know about their specific needs before starting the project so I can tailor to their exact needs. During the shoot, I am ready for any changes during that occur. After the shoot has completed: I send them the final product for approval. And lastly: feedback is an important part of my work as I continuously improve my service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a large clientele that ranges from corporate offices to intimate families and non-profits in the valley.
