Early in the process but pleased to get a call in 4 minutes to set up appt early next week. A fairly small project as well- 24 feet of fence not 240 feet.
We’ve had about 10 to 15 projects completed through Thumbtack and wish others would be as prompt to respond.

Frank of Security Door & gate responded to my inquiry promptly and a date was set for the work to be done. The work was completed by John. He explained the work he would do and his work ethic was strong. Frank and John were very professional in the estimating the project cost and the completion of the work. The estimate was less than I had anticipated and worth the value of having gates operate in a safe manner.

Replaced springs, one had broken. Job was done in a timely manner and to perfection. The price was fair and presented up front. The work result is and install and product that functions perfectly and should last at least 10 years. The focus is on what is needed, not what can be charged whether needed or not.
