I live in the River North neighborhood in downtown Chicago, and a few of my neighbors had work done by 123 in the last few years, so I called them right away when I wanted to renovate my kitchen. I had a consultation with one of the project managers, and she was a delight. She gave me lots of ideas and was very responsive to all my questions. My biggest worry was how to deal with the condo association at my building, but I was assured that the whole 123 team was very experienced with that side of projects, which was a huge weight off of me. Unfortunately I had to put my project on hold until I have the time and money to do it right, but I'll definitely be calling back when the day comes!

We highly recommend that you DO NOT use 123 Remodeling for your interior projects, especially if you are wanting work done in a professional manner or work-related atmosphere. In June 2017 our office building hired them to do two small bathrooms and a coffee station with the deadline of November 1st. It is now the middle of October and they just did the demolition 2 weeks ago. Since then, no work has been done to complete these areas. Their workers are constantly not showing up and when they do, they are only here for 2 hours. These areas are shut down and cannot be used by our office staff but 123 Remodeling does not seem to care about the efficiency or timeline of our project. Our project manager, Alex Trujillio, never responds to our emails or calls about the status of the project and has lied many times about the timeline of our project or products that have been ordered. We gave him and entire specification list the first time, but had to catch his mistakes when he ordered all of the wrong finishes and cabinetry layout. Every time we call he says that he is "in a meeting" and can't talk (yet never calls back). We are very, very frustrated and will never hire them again to do work for us. Even we I tried to reach out to the office to request a new project manager my calls and email were not returned. This business is not professional and is not worth how much they charge. Don't use them. If you do, don't use Alex Trujillio as your project manager. Attaching a photo of what our coffee station has looked like for 2 weeks now...

    After you meet our project manager and get a free estimate, you will decide if you want to move forward with our company. After that, we'll start working on the design and layout, source materials from reliable suppliers and find the best subcontractors for your project. Our manager will handle everything from design and shopping to construction process.
