I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn’t be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

We really enjoyed working Ben. He took my vision for my bathroom and hired the right sub-contractors to do the job. Everyone was very respectful and clean. Also, I will add, after dealing with some very dishonest contractors and having to re-do their mistake, Ben took the job on with the utmost integrity and honesty. I never had to worry about being taken advantage of or poor quality work.

We offer completely free no-obligation estimate and design consultation. Our prices are not the lowest but we guarantee the highest quality and craftmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you meet our project manager and get a free estimate, you will decide if you want to move forward with our company. After that, we'll start working on the design and layout, source materials from reliable suppliers and find the best subcontractors for your project. Our manager will handle everything from design and shopping to construction process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our project managers are certified interior designers. Our company is working for over 14 years in Arizona (license ROC 336595) and Illinois (license TGC 015121) with perfect reputation and customer service.
