- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing as well as my sub contractors pricing matches our quality of work. I am a firm believer in the age old saying of "you get what you pay for" I treat every project as if it were my own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new clients/customers is to have an open line of communication from the beginning of each and every project. Returning calls in a timely manner is also just as vital. Good communication is vital to running a smooth and efficient job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 plus years of experience in construction, custom home building and remodeling. I started my career building custom homes in the White Mountain area and continued to do this for over 30 years. In 2009 I relocated to the Phoenix area where I began working with The Great Indoors, starting kitchen and bathroom remodels.
