During a recent move, my bedroom dresser was dropped and became un-useable. I ordered a new dresser and called J&J for assistance. Their workmanship was above average. They dismantled the old dresser, dumped it into the bulk pick-up and assembled the new dresser. They also cleaned up their working area before leaving. I definitely refer my friends and family to J&J.

I recommend J&J solutions to everyone. Jerome is the hardest worker I’ve ever met, he pays attention to details and cares about his work. My project was done in half the time than expected but still amazing quality. Will definitely hire J&J solutions every time.

Jerome and J&J Solutions are superb. We have completed many projects with Jerome, and his workmanship, attention to detail, quality of all projects completed have been perfect and stellar. There is a level of passion and enthusiasm in what Jerome does, that truly stands out among others. Received an estimate from him by providing pictures and measurements about a week prior. I informed him I would get back to confirm the date set and time. I confirmed and he agreed. We confirmed for today again at 8am. Yesterday I reached out making sure 8am was still good. He said he’d be will be there. Morning of he states he will be there closer to 9. Slightly annoyed, I said ok. I woke up early to be at my second home to meet him and he tells me he won’t be there at 8. THEN, he messages again saying 9:30. Now I’m getting irritated but give him the benefit of the doubt and say ok. He then says he got metal stuck in his tire but patched it up and will be on his way. I just do a thumbs up at this point because I’m to the point where I’m over it. Excuse after excuse. It is 10:32a on 1/28/25 and he still has not shown. At this point , I will not answer the door being this far out of our confirmed appointment time. I rearranged my schedule to meet him to do work and he dropped the ball…hard. I would NOT recommend. Probably would have been better off with an average Joe instead of Jerome like his bio says. -_-
