- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Senior/Retirement Communities Get 30% off retail pricing. Military and Veteran discounts are available. Marketing Discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First initial contact gives me a brief description of what you are looking for. We then schedule a walkthrough. At that time, we identify down spout locations, gutter placement and answer any questions you have. Pricing is typically giving immediately after our walkthrough before I leave your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees in Project Managment for Construction and Business Administration. Plus 25 years of gutters, roofing and the last 8 years I have added full remodel projects in the northwest. Understanding water flow and identifying heavy water loads comes easy for me.
