Organizing a handyman from out of state is a little tough, but he made the process so much easier. Excellent communication, professionalism and my parents said he was great to work with. I am a first time property manager and I was really having a difficult time with my current tenant maintaining my property resulting in my HOA levying some pretty substantial fines. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged line, explained the problem clearly, and resolved it efficiently. He also took the time out to change my filter and clean the vent as well.
