I hired Stacy and her team for a full kitchen remodel along with new flooring, paint, and trim in my whole house. The project has gone beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier. Stacy's design experience really made the product selection easy by providing great options to choose from and she helped me understand the proper construction schedule so that I know what needs to be done when. I would highly recommend her for any future remodeling projects.

Stacy Polich, who responded in a timely manner, separated herself from the rest of the applicants by showing her passion for the project! Although the property is not yet in escrow, visiting the property personally became important to Stacy! So without any prompting from me, Stacy decided to make an appointment to see the home in order to get a better grasp of not only possibilities, but budget as well! Some might call this insanity, since as her client, I live in California, and our project is in her state of Arizona! But Stacy immediately knew the importance of getting details of the property together so final decisions could be made by both buyer and seller! It is a huge decision to move from one state to another, and now I feel more confident about my buying decision! It is my opinion that if you are buying a serious piece of property out of state, a professional interior designer can make the difference in not only your ultimate decision, but can actually help facilitate all the final decisions! With Stacy's help, I will not be purchasing the property "blind" but will know exactly what has to be done to make this my dream property! So in my view, I found a firm who obviously is not afraid to "think outside the box!" What a wonderful find! I can count on Stacy's professional opinions to help me make that final "big purchase!" Stacy was a pleasure to work with. We started a remodel project and part way in had some questions on which direction to go. We called her and she moved her schedule around for us and came out quickly to help us with our design challenges. This allowed us to move forward without delay! We didn't work with her since our previous contractor reached out and got us very very good price, but Tracy and her team are very professional and fair. I will definitely will do business with them in the future. They tried hard to work with the price which was fair, but my contractor who started our remodeling couple years ago bundled it out and we decided to go with him. Thank you Tracy for your time!

I would recommend Stacy because of the superb services she provided not only in her design work and precise layout, selection of furnishings and decorations but the quality of services provided before and after the sale of my property. The prices she quoted were at or below the budget we agreed on and she was able to deliver well within the time frame of the first scheduled open house. I received rave reviews on her design not only from real estate agents who toured my property but from prospective buyers. She was timely and because I was an out of area seller she was instrumental in coordinating and assisting me with contractors in renovations that were necessary for a quick sale. Due to her attention to details, follow up and knowledge of what the current market is looking for in the local Phoenix market in terms of décor I was able to sell the property within two weeks at the targeted sales price. It was a pleasant experience to work with someone of her caliber who demonstrated professionalism throughout the sells process, was helpful in resolving issues that arose during the sales process and was personable and accessible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually save my customers both time and money. I charge them 20% on purchases and $75 an hour. Hiring a skilled designer is generally a cost savings and I always want my clients to feel they got great value and design for their money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out and assess the project and do a detailed design plan to work from. Once we agree on the scope, a budget, and a time frame we are ready to get working. Usually, you will see results much quicker than expected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Interior Design at Arizona State University College of Architecture BA. I am a member of the International Home Staging Association. I have designed many homes from the plans up and have done countless remodels for the past 30 years.
