- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the wide array of services we offer our clients, pricing is determined by the client's specific needs. Once we have a clear and concise vision of what our clients desire and the scale of the project, we put an estimate together that breaks down the cost of every detail that will be needed to reach the client's end goal. Interior Design Services: Our hourly rate is $125 an hour. Materials and or furnishings, as well as delivery/Installation, are separate. This can include everything from cosmetic updating, remodeling projects, re-design, fixture and finishes selections, furniture, accessories, art selection, rug, and mirror selection, custom window treatments, and patio furnishings selection. Home for Sale Preparation Consultation: Complimentary Paint Palette Selections: we offer a flat rate fee of $250 Our List of Concierge Real Estate Services: • Complete Home for Sale Preparation • Cosmetic Updating, Remodeling & Re-Design Services Per Room or Entire Property • Luxury Staging with High-Quality Furnishings: for (IN-HOUSE LISTINGS ONLY). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we start with an in-house complimentary consultation to determine your property needs. With the wide array of services we offer, it's important that we identify an understanding of the goals you have for your property, we can then narrow down how we can help you and best accommodate your needs. We always take into consideration which services best fit your particular wants, needs, priorities, budget, and the end result you are looking for. This is where we determine the client's precise needs; a custom tailored plan is developed based upon their goals, budget and timeframe. With this information, an estimate is created for the goods and services desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed Realtor and Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience serving, buyers, investors, sellers, and custom home builders. For Sellers, Investors, And Custom Home Builders: I have combined my extensive knowledge of both Real Estate and Interior Design resulting in turnkey properties that sell at the top of the market price with the least amount of time on the market. My Proven Solution Sells Homes! For Buyers: I find them their ideal home and through negotiation, I get them the very best price! I specialize in turnkey properties, but if my buyers want more from their new home, I provide everything they need and everything they did not know they needed to transform an ordinary home into an extraordinary home; their dream home!
