Had Trevor come out and drain, clean, refill the spa. Add chemicals. & clean the cover. Here is what I took from my experience. 1. Was very responsiveness from the beginning which led me to be able to get my job completed within 2 days. 2. Communicated well throughout the time he did the job along with pictures. 3. Was on time.
He did everything he said he was going to do and I appreciated that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for the first 30 minutes and $75 an hour after the first 30 minutes. Cleaning Services are based on size of tub. Hot tub moving and install is also based on size and distance of the move and install.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with and or discuss over the phone the issues you are having and then I get straight to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training from my suppliers as well as 3 years of experience fixing and installing hot tubs.
