- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to accurately give quotes before speaking with you. Prices listed are base pricing and final estimate will be determined once we can discuss in detail your needs and the square footage of your home. All prices include all cleaning products and equipment. You can expect the following to shine after a standard cleaning visit: Bathrooms (toilet-shower-bathtub-sinks-mirrors) Bedrooms (dusting-making bed) Kitchen (Stove-Backsplash-counters-Coffee maker) Microwave INSIDE AND OUT Floors (Vacuuming and mopping). Carpets and rugs (Vacuuming). FLOORS/ vacuuming and moping. Hardwood (Vacuuming and using dry microfiber tool). Dusting furniture Ceiling fans Blinds Laundry room (Wiping outside cabinets and outside appliances). All living areas (Living-dining-entrance).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make contact with you by phone or email as soon as possible to discuss your home and your cleaning needs. At that time we can recommend to proper cleaning plan for you. If you require us to visit your home we are happy to do so. Once scheduled you will receive an appointment confirmation and you can expect our crew to arrive in a timely manner. Your cleaning is guaranteed but expect that you will be happy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we WANT to know about it. Please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning so we can get right out and rectify the situation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an education and background in hospitality I know what it takes to deliver efficient, quality cleaning services to my customers.
