We offer upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every home is different, so our quotes are based on size, condition, and type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-out). We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and seasonal promotions to help our customers save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll learn about your home and your cleaning needs with a quick call or booking form. Next, we’ll match you with one of our trusted cleaners and confirm the details by text and email. On the day of service, our cleaner will arrive on time, complete the checklist, and provide before/after photos if requested. We follow up after every first clean to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully trained in residential and commercial cleaning standards, including deep cleaning techniques, eco-friendly products, and customer safety. Every cleaner completes a trial clean before being assigned to customer jobs, so you know they’ve been tested for quality and attention to detail.
