- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As no two projects are ever alike, we don't have a one particular way to charge for services. Some clients just want guidance on a specific element of an space while others would rather their interiors professional design, manage and execute the entire project. But we are always transparent with how we charge and we do that up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a meeting, either by phone, Skype or FaceTime, or perhaps setting up a date a visit to the job site. We invest a good deal of time up front to really understand the needs of a potential client, discover their expectations and learn their objectives to see if we are a match with our clients. Just like a marriage, going on a date is the best way to check out the compatibility and if we can be of help.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Interior design specifications for new construction and remodeling projects for both residential and commercial built environments. But the specialty is helping the client in the decision making process. With so many things to consider, we strive to guide the client my ensuring that selections are complimentary to one another and in the big picture, create the solutions that achieve the goals. Design can be simple but it can also be complex. We help to make the complex simple by managing the process and informing the client.
