Introduction: Rising Sun Karate offers much more than our traditional style of Karate (Shorin-Ryu), we also offer Sport Kenjutsu, Grappling, Sparring, Kobudo, Iaido, Self-Defense and Cardio-Kickboxing.
Sensei Tim VanDenover, 7th Degree Black Belt, is one of the highest ranked Black Belts in Arizona. He is also a 6 Time Hall of Fame member. He teaches all the classes at Rising Sun Karate because he loves the Martial Arts and everything they represent.
