- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard pricing on many of our vehicles, however we offer promotional discounts throughout the year. It is in your best interest to ask if we are running any specials. You could save as much as 20% on your next booking. Most bookings are by charter or by the hour depending on the vehicle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process. We have found that every clients needs are different. We do ask for specific information related to the pick up and drop off locations. Why do we need this info? It's important that we meet the clients expectation and we have built a reputation for offering exceptional service. No one wants a surprise at the last minute. Our questions are tailored so that we can offer you the most competitive fee in the industry. Once a price has been established, we will send out agreements for review and signature. Everything can be completed online. Once the agreement is completed and payment is made your booking is complete. Sit back and enjoy the services you've come to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All drivers must have at least 5 years driving experience in the commercial market. Our drivers typically do not have any traffic infractions. All drivers must pass regular drug screening and back ground check. All of our drivers must complete our training program. All of our vehicles are GPS tracked and monitored.
