Jim from Cornerstone was a great communicator, as was his crew. They did everything they promised, his estimate was detailed and professionally written leaving no room for miscommunication. They showed up exactly when they said they would and Jim was on the job both days. Their work ethic is excellent, their attitudes professional at all times, and WOW the cleanup was stellar! Can't say enough good things about them. I will hire only them for any future projects and recommend them to anyone in need of masonry work!! I am a single older female and hiring a male crew can sometimes not be comfortable... not the case here, much to my great joy!

My block wall was destroyed by a microburst. It appeared that the original contractors did not use enough rebar to sustain structural integrity in such strong winds. I contacted Jim on Thumbtack when in search of a professional to repair and rebuild this roughly 25x5 foot block wall. Jim responded to me quickly, assessed the job & gave me a reasonable estimate. He promptly arrived on the date the job was to be completed. My wall was repaired & rebuilt as we agreed. I am totally satisfied & appreciative of the fine work and reasonable price completed by Cornerstone. If I need work in the future I would not hesitate to contact Jim.

A 10 ft. length section of my brick fence wall was damaged when struck by a vehicle. Jim, from Cornerstone Masonry Systems, came out to my property to provide a repair estimate. Jim was outstanding and conducted himself as a professional - displaying extensive experience in reconstruction of damaged walls, presenting extensive photos of past and present work results. The scope of work estimate was timely, detailed, and professional quality. The project went smooth, and was completed as scheduled, On-time and on-budget! I'm extremely pleased and I would highly recommend Cornerstone Masonry System for any masonry work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately in our industry there are too many variables. Access, Demo, wall length and height, type of block needed are just a couple variables. Also is it a retaining wall, fence block wall, structural wall are a few other variables.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to make contact with the client and visit the jobsite to get more accurate information regarding dimensions and scope of work. Jim Longworth and Anthony O'Connell go to every job to estimate and oversee the jobs to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has over 25 years in masonry construction background from new residential masonry construction to commercial masonry construction. We have many high end projects we have done over the years but we also do other miscellaneous jobs like wall systems and masonry repairs.
