Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a service composed of arbitration, mediation, and dispute review boards dealing with the resolving conflict. Those who serve as mediators, arbitrators or on dispute review boards are neutrals who assist the process along, through various forms of mediation, i.e. facilitative, transformative, conciliation, etc. or arbitration, binding and nonbinding, and hearings. Mediation is a voluntary confidential process entered into by both opposing parties of a dispute. Arbitration consists of neutrals who, after hearing evidence from both sides, makes the determination of the outcome. With this broad range of extensive knowledge and skills, I am able to deal effectively and un-biased in my approach to resolving disputes. In addition to my mediation experience in the justice courts and background as a licensed realtor, I bring my extensive involvement in all levels of transactions which include residential, commercial construction dispute arbitration and experience as an EEO counselor for the Federal Gov. and TWA Airlines.
