- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the size of the cake but. I charge hourly rates. Reason being its a labor intense work. takes alot of time even if the cake is big or small
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client shows interest. They message me i can send them a questionnaire that they can fill regarding cake details.We can set up a price. Also i require a picture of the design they want. The customer will sign a contract make a partial advance payment. I do not offer delivery yet so the pick up date and time is included in the contract. Once the contract is signed we go on from there. I prefer orders that are placed 2 to 3 weeks before the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done several wilton cake decorating courses that includes working with fondant gumpaste buttercream I recently did a master course in baking and decorating that included drip cakes,buttercream cakes and cupcakes and alot of indetail learning. check her course on Instagram sherrybyfatimaamjed.
