I have 17 years of experience in the restaurant business. I have prepared meals for numerous celebrities in the restaurant and in their homes. My credentials are a mile long including training in vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free dishes.
I am also, for the past 20 years, a vocalist for some of the hottest bands in the Midwest. I've cooked for rock stars and sang alongside them.
