Introduction: My name is Imelda Mamnani. I was brought up in a Mexican family where the food brought everyone together around the dining table daily. Initially, I only loved to eat! But now I love to cook. Being a stay-at-home to my two daughters has allowed me to provide two to three homemade meals daily. Now that my daughters are older, I am ready to get back into the business of creating homemade food for everyone. The food I cook is influenced by the loved ones in my life who came from El Salvador and India with a fusion of my own cultural heritage. If there is one way to describe it is "Yumm Fusion"! I love to cook flavorful fusion cuisine that has Indian, Mexican, Italian, and American influences. I have been catering for our house parties and business functions for the past 12 years, and I'm ready to bring this yummy fusion of food to you and your family too!
