- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it simple. No fuss. Supplies are extra but a direct cost for you, no 3rd party fees. I include donation of items that fit in my vehicle as a free service. Note that I also do reselling if you donate items that are in good condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let’s schedule a 2-hr min. time for me to do an in-person assessment (30 mins) then let’s get to work decluttering & organizing! I typically save extra time for clients so we can go longer if needed. I don't have any hidden fees. I may recommend you purchase a few items to add to your space but these are optional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in education and I was a certified teacher for elementary; a live in nanny in New York; a college administrator for 10+ years with a master's degree in student services and have now transitioned to a passion of mine to bring peace to households.
