Introduction: As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer I offer private individualized sessions (one-on-one or duet) based on your fitness goals: getting more fit, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I have the unique expertise to construct individualized workouts that get muscles firing properly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture. I utilize a variety of exercise modalities such as Pilates, yoga, free weights and resistance bands for a truly customized plan. If you want to tone your body, improve your balance and strengthen muscles, or suffer from back problems or joint pain, I can help. Train in my beautiful brand new studio located in Scottsdale, AZ or from anywhere in the world. I have several years of experience virtually training clients. It’s a fun, safe and effective alternative to keep your workouts going. No equipment required.

Keleigh is a thoughtful and knowledgeable trainer who deeply cares about her client’s wellness as a long term goal. I have chronic issues and a busy schedule and Keleigh can work with me through virtual training and in-person sessions at her quaint Pilates studio that are gentle and at the same time, challenging. I saw steady body and mind improvements since working with her.

Three months ago I was involved in a car accident that, while not serious, left me with debilitating back pain from a bulging disk. My doctor prescribed pilates and I can't believe the difference it's made in my every day life. Working out with Keleigh three times a week has changed my life. She's been careful and intuitive while challenging me every single session. I'm never ever bored. She mixes it up and keeps it fun and fresh while making me work hard and earn my sweat. I've not only gained the stability in my back that I thought I'd lost from the injury, but my core is stronger than I knew it could be. And I've gotten leaner in the process! Keleigh is not only an excellent instructor, but she's an awesome human being.

Last summer I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous. I met with Keleigh the following week and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back . Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. Keleigh is also good about changing things up. Minus a few scheduling conflicts, I've seen her weekly for 6 months now and have only repeated a couple of exercises that I can remember. We have also incorporated a few HIIT workouts and even a hybrid of HIIT with Pilates. I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I actually look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!

Keleigh has been my Pilates instructor since December. Through my work with her I have dramatically improved my strength, flexibility, agility, and balance. My chronic back pain--for which doctors offered no help--has been "cured." I am doing things that I never imagined being able to do. (I am 68 years old, spent over 40 years working at a desk, and previously had very little exercise.) Keleigh creates individualized lessons that build on our previous work. She explains things completely and monitors that I am doing the movements correctly so I won't injure myself. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. I think the world of her. And I am very thankful that I found her. My health, my attitude, and my life in general have been enhanced through my work with her.
