Introduction: I am a Kripalu School of Yoga trained yoga instructor with over 3 years of teaching experience. My yoga style is authentic , fluid and in tune with my clients energy and fitness levels . Each class is unique and tailored to the students needs for that session. Meditation is a part of yoga practice and is always explored during classes . Available class types are Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Power, Flow, Core, Yin, and Restorative. I love sharing yoga and it's benefits with others!
