Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time tuning the piano and explaining things as he went. He was also kind and compassionate in his approach and talking to me. I would definitely recommend him.

My piano hadn't been tuned in a few years and Allen got her back into great shape! He suggested having "voicing" done also but was not pushy about it. It made sense to me to have it done because of my piano's environment, the sound in certain registers was harsh. I'm so glad I also went for the voicing! I loved the after effect!! My piano sounds so much more rich, beautiful, with that "edge" taken out of many of the high notes. Allen also fixed a couple of clicking keys. Basically, my Baldwin is as good as new now and I'm even more excited to sit down to play it! I highly recommend this service! Great job!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Allen's Elite Piano Service. Jason is knowledgeable and did an excellent job tuning my grand piano. He answered my questions about some possible work regarding the voicing of my piano in the future. He did not pressure me to schedule this on the spot which I greatly appreciated.
I commend Jason on his professionalism and will most definitely be using him for my piano services in the future.

Jason is the best! He knows Bosendorfers so I felt confidant in his ability to tune my “baby” and he didn’t disappoint! He has extensive experience in tuning all makes and sizes but he knows his Steinways and Bosesys so no worries on that account. He also took time to explain certain issues and made some great recommendations! He also had a lot of contacts in the industry so he can hook you up with good deals on benches or other accoutrements! Highly recommended!
