- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The greatest part about buying Real Estate is that the Seller pays the Commission. When representing Sellers I provide a long list of services, Professional Photographers, Over 100 Marketing outlets promoting the sale, You Tube Channel, Open House, Broker Tours the list goes on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet each client one and one with the purpose to understand their specific need. I work with buyers and sellers so I tailor my appointment according to their goal. I offer a valuable vendor referral service so as we go through their process helps are at their ready. My Core Business Practice is Superior Customer Service as 90% of my business is referral based.
