FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can promise top notch service 24/7 and will compete with anyone or any brokerages fee's. Think of me like Best Buy. If you can find a better price out there, I will beat it and no matter the price I will beat the service, no doubt about it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a first time customer comes to me I like to spend the first 10 - 15 minutes getting to know each other. If it is on the phone, in my office, etc.. This way I can find out exactly what they are looking for and they can tell me a little bit about the reason of selling or purchasing. It makes the sale or purchase that much more seamless when we are a team and all working together. Buying and selling a home can be one of, or if not the biggest purchase in someones lifetime. So It is very important we are not rushing it but at the same time making sure we are satisfying all their needs in a timely matter. Most importantly I want my clients to feel extremely comfortable and in good hands. Once my clients feel good and are confident in my abilities we are ready to rock and roll!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed realtor for 4 years in the state of Arizona. I have worked one on one with my broker for over 3 years to learn the ins and outs of not only a salesperson but as a broker and brokerage as well. As a team we are required to take a new class on a different subject in real estate each month. This way we never stop learning no matter how experienced we are.
