- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What we quote you is what you'll pay when the job is finished. We never bait & switch and it pains us to hear about bad experiences customers have had in our industry. We do our research ahead of time to give you the final cost of the project so you know what you are paying ahead of time. We are not the cheapest service in town because we are not expecting you to want the lowest service available. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible overall experience from start to finish with our professional team and friendly customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love receiving new inquiries about our services. Our knowledgeable office staff responds right away and sets up a time for us to stop by to quote your project on-site. Our friendly lead technician will stop by, measure everything out and give you a few different options that will suit your needs and budget. Our technician then can schedule the service with you for a future date that works for you and your schedule. On the day of service, we come uniformed to perform the work and only after you are satisfied with the final product do we collect on payment. We take that in the form of check or debit/credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've found that experience is the best trainer you can find. Our guys have tinted and cleaned thousands of windows, gutters and driveways over the last 10+ years. At this point there is nothing they haven't seen. Every project is different and we approach it as so. The awe from you is what we are going for and we don't leave until you are fully satisfied with the outcome.
