- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the size of the project and what materials are needed (ie. shingles, tile, recoat).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we do an inspection of the entire roof and depending on the job type (repair, recoat, full roof replacement) we identify the scope of work. Walk the customer through the process, and design a contract based on what the customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed for full roofing and remodeling for Residential and Commercial projects.
