Service was great: came on time, knew what needed to be done, and fixed the pump that needed repair quickly. He also showed me some things that I did not know about the system to help me maintain it better. Unfortunately, the pump went out and we needed to replace that too. Now, I'm just not real happy with the replacement pump. It is much louder than the previous. So, I think I'm going to call and have it looked at again. As mentioned, the service I have received so far has been great.

My pop up heads in my pool were not working properly and that caused my pool to not get clean. Terrell was the only guy out of 7 pool guys that gave me advice and told me to clean my filters first to see if that fixed the problem. Everyone else wanted to come out, charge a fee to look, and then diagnose the problem. Cleaning the filters fixed the problem!! Now I will be using Terrell for any future pool service needs. Don't waste your time with any other pool service company, go with Terrell and Integrity Pool Care!!
