- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and the final total is agreed upon prior to any work beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a good idea of what the client needs and making sure that we are on the same page as far as expectations and costs. I always show the client where everything will sit prior to mounting and provide recommendations as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always mounted my TV since high school and did handy work from 2020-2024 with a decent amount of the work being tv mounting towards the second half.
