Initially, the completed job didn't look very good because white crystals formed on the surface of our small, mostly brown pond (as a result of the restoration process) and I was unable to remove them with just my hose and house water pressure. Matt came back, power washed everything, and we think the result is very, very good. We are totally happy with our experience.

Paradise Pros was prompt, came out the same day. Fixed problem that I had with my fountain. The tech Matt was very polite and efficient. Paige in the office was very nice and helpful. She texted me on the updates of the time line on my repair.

I can’t even put into words how great my experience was! I’m in love with my pond again! I was so embarrassed how neglected my pond was … it was so gross. Terry was so nice and professional about it … and he worked so hard that day. I highly recommend them! I am a customer for life!
