- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work and project details such as turnaround time. My prices are generally very reasonable and affordable for the quality of work I deliver, since I'm new to Thumbtack and am aiming to grow my customer base. I price all work with a flat fee. For larger projects, I typically I ask for 50% up front and the remaining 50% after the project is completed. For smaller projects, I typically ask for 100% up front. I waive the $50 brand consultation fee for all clients who hire me for a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I conduct an initial consultation process where I ask questions about your business, needs, vision, etc. Following the consultation I will deliver a finalized quote and list of included deliverables as well as the completion time frame. I also ask that you digitally sign a simple contract in the interest of protecting all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS Industrial Design, Arizona State University: Focus on product design, branding, and service design. Summa Cum Laude graduate, 2x Design Excellence nominee. MA Creative Enterprise and Cultural Leadership, Arizona State University: Interdisciplinary master’s program focusing on entrepreneurship in arts and culture. Thesis applied project lead to the creation of my branding agency.
