- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We recommend our Premium Wedding Package to all of our brides. This package is also known as our Blue Diamond package. It includes the Wedding Planning, Coordinating, and Directing. It also includes up to 15 Basic Poly Linens or Premium Satin Linens. We offer discount perks to our brides on Chiavari Chair and light rentals. We also include up to 2 free graphic designs for Save The Dates or Wedding Invitations. This package is currently listed at a breath-taking price of $3500. $1000 minimum is required to lock in your date. Note: this price does not include traveling expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having an over the phone consultation to gather vital information; such as projected wedding or event date, expected number of guests, location, etc.
