About

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over ten years. I am 500 Hour Master Level Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 2000 teaching hours including yoga classes, private yoga lessons and classes to yoga teachers in training. I absolutely love what I do. I have my own yoga studio and have created a teacher training program to train others. I love to show people how accessible and life changing a yoga practice can be whether they are beginners or advanced. I can offer private lessons, small or larger group lessons in my studio or at a preferred location. I am able to customize our time to fit your exact needs! Yoga is life changing. It changed mine and I love to show people to begin or deepen their practice. I truly enjoy watching the transformation of my clients and helping them along in their own personal journey.

Autumn provided a private yoga class for my friends and I while on a girls trip in Scottsdale. Her style and instruction are impeccable. She was accommodating to our location, skill level, and music style (awesome play list), and provided all eqipment. All of my friends couldn't stop raving about the experience. We all walked away feeling relaxed and with tips to use in our yoga journey. We simply loved Autumn. You could not go wrong hiring Autumn!!!

We had Autumn come teach an hour of yoga to a group of 22 girls for a bachelorette party in Paradise Valley and everything about Autumn and the event was awesome! She provided everything we needed for the hour, took requests for music and yoga poses, and even took pictures for us! Everyone loved it (even the non-yogis). Thank you, Autumn!

We had a wonderful yoga session with Autumn for my sister’s bachelorette party. She lead a great practice and catered to the mix of experience levels amongst the group. She also got some to try more challenging moves which was a lot of fun! Music was great and I hope to organize a session with Autumn again on my next trip to Scottsdale!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate is based off number of participants for a one hour class.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always find out what the client is looking for and hopes to accomplish. This can be on the more physical side (alignment, flexibility, new poses etc) or more of the internal side (connection to self, medication etc) I am able to customize our time to my clients exact needs. Along with their requests, if wanted, I am able to offer options that they didn't know were possible to continue to help them grow into their yoga practice. Together we will create the perfect plan based on what they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with over 2000 hours of teaching small and/or large classes, private lessons and yoga teachers in training. I received my training through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training at Dave's School of Astanga Yoga. I have my own Yoga Studio and have successfully created my own Yoga Teacher Training Program to help other students realize their dream of becoming a yoga instructor.
