- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate fee for the cost of the job and expected time, level of expertise, and warranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a system of checking the issue, then doing a checkup on the whole system. All of your plumbing is related. I always check water pressure and quality. Then I write up different options based on what the customer asked for, then allow them to choose before doing any work or charging anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Plumbing license in 2 states. Natural Gas Technician Certified by the Rocky Mountain Gas Association. Navien tankless water heater certified. Water filtration certified by the Canature Water Group.
