- What types of customers have you worked with?
My job is not to just replace parts and equipment, but it also to educate my customers of ways to improve their equipment or parts life by properly taking care of their investment. In doing so they will have less problems and better return on their investment. In return I will have a happy customer and word of mouth business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is not about the size of a company, it is about the quality of the workmanship! Look at their work from the past, call past customers, look at the BBB and ROC. We all sell the same thing, we all can install the same thing. But if the quality and workmanship is not there you lose!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long do you plan on staying in your home? There are many different options with different prices. It doesn't make sense to put the best A/C in your home if your moving out in a year or two.
