Erick was on time, very professional. The lady who answers the phones was very responsive and helpful for all my needs and concerns. The work quality was excellent you can tell he really values his work. If your in need of appliance repair assistance I would highly recommend them.

Hired on Thumbtack
Asked to have a technician come out for microwave and garbage disposal. Ended up opting to have the microwave repaired but not the garbage disposal. Was charged $75 "service call fee" for the garbage disposal, even though we hired them for the microwave. The microwave that they fixed ended up having the same problem 3 days later, despite us having paid $130 for repair. $200 spent for nothing. Definitely feel scammed and will not be using the company again.
